Attach files to document

Doc.one allows you to add files to documents: attachments, specifications, copies documents, etc. Adding files to a document is available on the document viewing page.

Add file to document

  1. Go to the Files tab on the side toolbar.

  2. Press the Attach file button.

  3. Select and open the file on your device.

The file is added to the document.

Note
You can only add one file at a time. Available formats: xls, xlsx, doc, docx, png, jpeg, jpg, zip, pdf.
Attach files to a document

If several files are added to the document, their number will be visible above the list of files. The list of attached files is displayed in the order of their attachment to the document from the last to the first. Attachment of no more than 20 files is available.

Download attached file

The attached files are available for download.

To download a single file:
  1. Select a file from the list on the Files tab on the side toolbar.

  2. Click Menu button on the right.

  3. Select Download.

Upload the attached file

The file will be saved to the user’s device.

To download all attachments:
  1. Hover over the number of attachments.

  2. Click Menu button on the right.

  3. Select Download all files.

Download all attached files

The archive containing the attached files will be saved to the user’s device.

Delete attached file

To delete a file:
  1. Select a file from the list on the Files tab on the side toolbar.

  2. Click Menu button on the right.

  3. Select Delete.

  4. Confirm the deletion in the window appears.

Deleting an attached file

The file will be deleted.
