Microsoft Azure Active Directory

Integration of Doc.one and Microsoft Azure Active Directory will allow you to organize centralized access all employees to the Doc.one service, and also easily manage Doc.one user profiles in your organization.

Connect Azure Active Directory

  1. Add Doc.one to the list of applications in your Microsoft Azure Active Directory personal account and get the required set of settings.

  2. Open the Settings section in Doc.one.

  3. Click the Enable button to the right of the name of the Microsoft Azure Active Directory application located in the Integrations section.

  4. The Configure Azure Active Directory window appears. Enter the data from your Microsoft Azure Active Directory personal account in the fields.

  5. Click the Save button.

  6. In your Microsoft Azure Active Directory personal account, specify the users who will have access to authorization in Doc.one.

When entering an email in the authorization form Doc.one, the user is automatically authorized.

If a user does not have an account in Doc.one, he will be assigned the User role by default. In the future, the role can be changed by the administrator.

Azure AD Connect
Note
The ability to connect to Microsoft Azure Active Directory and change settings is only available to users with the Administrator and Owner roles.
Warning
After connecting the application, logging into Doc.one by entering a username and password in the authorization form is available only to users with the "Administrator" and "Owner" roles.

Change connection settings

  1. Open the Settings section in Doc.one.

  2. If the application is enabled, in the Integration block the button Settings is displayed to the right of the application name. Click the button.

  3. The Configure Azure Active Directory window appears. Modify the connection details.

  4. Click the Save button.

  5. The application will be connected taking into account the changed parameters.

Disable Azure Active Directory

  1. Open the Settings section in Doc.one.

  2. Click the Disable button to the right of the name of the Microsoft Azure Active Directory application located in the Integrations section.

The application is disabled. After deactivation, authorization in Doc.one is available by entering the username and password.

Note
If you disable the Microsoft Azure Active Directory application, a user authorized through it will be able to continue working in Doc.one.
